Today, Rossington Main Football Club regrets to announce the departure of our Ladies first team manager Andy Cunningham by mutual consent.
We would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation for the outstanding work Cunningham has accomplished during his tenure. His dedication and passion have been instrumental in building our first-ever Rossington Main Ladies team, leaving a lasting impact not only on the team but also behind the scenes.
Rossington Main chairman Daniel Linstrum commented on Cunningham's departure, understanding, and respecting his reasons for moving on. He emphasised that Cunningham's tireless efforts and commitment to the girls' development have been truly commendable, and his contributions will be fondly remembered by everyone associated with the club.
Linstrum said: "As we embark on a new chapter, the search for a new manager has already commenced. We are determined to find a leader who shares our club's values and vision, someone who can build on the solid foundations laid by Andy and take our Ladies team to even greater heights."
"We remain optimistic and hopeful that we will have the right person in place to lead our Ladies team by the next matchday. Rest assured, every effort will be made to ensure a seamless transition and continued progress for the players. Onwards and upwards."
