Rosso return to Northern Counties East League Premier action with a trip down the M1 to Penistone.

Ben Hunter’s side will be looking to bounce back following an on the road defeat last Saturday away at Knaresborough Town.

Despite Penistone losing their opening NCEL Premier fixture, Rosso will face a tough test with the hosts currently topping the Non-League step 5 table but having played two games more than Rossington.

While it’s still early days in what is Rossington’s second season at this level after a play-off semi-final loss last season, Doncaster’s highest ranked Non-League side did complete the season double over Church last campaign.
