Rosso are back at home for matchday number 17 in the Northern Counties East League Premier as Greg Young’s side welcome The Poachers from Lincolnshire.
Doncaster’s highest ranked Non-League side Rossington Main return to Oxford Street once again in front of the home supporters looking to bounce back following last weekend’s narrow defeat to Barton Town. With no wins in our last five games in all competitions and with the most recent victory coming at start of October against Tadcaster Albion, Young’s side will be giving their all once again.
The Poachers managed by Mike Thompson visit Doncaster following a midweek visit to the East Riding of Yorkshire whereby Bottesford 2-1 defeat against Beverley Town on Tuesday night.
While this weekend’s visitors to Oxford Street defeated Rossington in the Isuzu FA Vase second round qualifying last campaign, Rosso did go on to complete the NCEL Premier season double over The Poachers last time out of which, Young’s Rosso side will be hoping to start that similar process against Bottesford again on Saturday.

Last Time Out v Bottesford
Towards the end of March, Rosso massively boosted their chances of reaching the NCEL Premier play-offs last season as in front of 141 spectators away at the Barrett Steel Stadium, Lewis Archer’s brace confirmed a two-goal victory and claimed the three points in Scunthorpe.
