Rossington Main secured a place in the final of the Northern Counties East League Division One play-offs via a narrow one-goal victory against Wakefield at Oxford Street. Despite Wakefield coming close by hitting the post shortly after the restart, it was club captain Greg Young delivered the all-important goal in the second half in front of a staggering crowd of 826 spectators.
